UI/UX Designer (Freelance)

Remote Position – Philippines

We offer on-demand UX services to B2B SaaS companies of varying sizes. We are building a bench of experienced freelance UX designers who can collaborate with us on client projects when capacity increases.

This role is ideal for designers who enjoy working on real SaaS products, solving complex UX problems, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Your main tasks

Translating product requirements into UX flows and user journeys

Creating information architecture and product sitemaps

Designing low and high-fidelity wireframes

Designing UI using or extending an existing design system

Creating interactive Figma prototypes for product features

Improving existing product UX through audits and usability insights

Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are dev-ready

Documenting UX decisions and design rationale

You are a good fit if

3–7+ years of experience designing web applications or SaaS platforms

Strong experience designing complex dashboards, portals, or product interfaces

Highly proficient in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems)

Able to design complete UX flows independently

Strong understanding of product thinking and UX problem solving

Able to translate rough ideas or prototypes into structured UX solutions

Comfortable working in agile product environments

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Would be a plus if

Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms

Experience designing analytics dashboards or complex data interfaces

Experience conducting UX audits or usability reviews

Experience working with design systems such as Material, Tailwind, or internal systems

Experience collaborating closely with product managers and developers
